Anchor Marine Privacy Policy
Effective Date: May 12, 2026
At Anchor Marine Group ("Anchor Marine," "we," "us," or "our"), we've been part of the Western New York boating community since 1965. We treat our customers' information the way we treat our customers: with respect, plain talk, and no surprises. This Privacy Policy explains what we collect, why, who sees it, and the choices you have. It applies to AnchorMarine.com, our online store, our forms, our texting program, and any other interaction you have with us where this policy is referenced.
If something here isn't clear, we'd rather you ask than wonder. Email us at hello@anchormarine.com or call 716-773-7063.
1. Who We Are
Anchor Marine Group has been serving Western New York boaters from our Grand Island showroom since 1965. We sell, service, store, and support boats, personal watercraft, and the gear that goes with them, from our home at 1501 Ferry Road on the Niagara River.
2. Information We Collect
We collect information in three ways: directly from you, automatically when you use our website, and from a small number of trusted service providers.
Information you provide to us. When you fill out a form, request a quote, schedule service, purchase a boat or accessory, reserve a slip, sign up for emails or text messages, or contact us by phone or in person, you may share things like:

• Phone number
• Email address
• Mailing address
• Boat or vehicle information (make, model, year, hull ID)
• Service history and preferences
• Payment information when you complete a purchase
• Anything else you choose to share with us
Information collected automatically. When you visit AnchorMarine.com or shop our online store, we and our service providers may automatically collect technical information such as your IP address, device type, browser, pages viewed, referring website, and time on site. This is collected through standard tools like cookies and pixels.
Information from other sources. We may receive information from our boat brand partners, finance and insurance providers, and analytics or advertising platforms we use.
