1994 Silverton 41 Motor Yacht

1994 Silverton 41 Ft SILVERTON Aft Cabin, Fresh Water only.  Winter  Stored mostly heated inside..and a Documented vessel. 

Huge full width salon, with easy-to-read Electric panel, steps down into galley/dinette area there’s seating for up to 5 with storage under seats as well.   With 12volt/120 volt Frig /Freezer, Large new microwave, Splendid washer/ Dryer. There's a 2 burner electric stove top as well. Large sink with H-C water from electric tank that also services two bathrooms with sinks, showers, and heads in each!

Kohler 6.5 Generator with only 200 hours use and it looks it… looks and runs as new…complete service Sept 2024 …new starter, all new ignition, impeller, belts and runs perfect! The previous owner of over 20 years summered at a Lake Erie Yacht Club and took advantage of Club facilities. Roomy vessel with all accommodations of home.

Power -Twin 502 gas 810 hrs Both FWC, Completly Serviced Sept 2024 …All Filters,  oils, Antifreeze (closed systems), impellers, belts , ignition parts , electronic ignitions , all Spark plugs and all plug wires, caps…everything! Serviceable replacements were saved to the bilge. Shafts are dripless! Bilge is dry, clean engines, are spotless ,gears are oil free on bottoms...no drips! Spare pumps for misc item, ac, bilge. etc. Fire system services the bilge. 

Vessel is fitted with 3 AC/ Heat units…one brand new (12 BTU Sept 2024, in aft cabin , a 16 BTU almost new in salon and the original  12 BTU in V bunk. All in excellent running condition…the 16BTU cools entire vessel! The Factory  6.5 generator will not operate all electric systems at the same time and was not intended to. Most dockside service will not handle all `either.  Keep voltmeter at /above 110volts…if not…turn something off!

The Bilge is spotless! The Electric switch, for the Bridge Crane is located in the Bilge… Yes… she has a Crane to load onto the Bridge or possibly the swim platform aft!!

Electronics are dated but work. Trim tabs also work. Included is …Marine  Radio, Chart plotter, depth finder, engine synchronizer, electric winch operated Anchor at bow, fenders, lines, Coast Guard Equipment, Fire extinguisher system in bilge.

There is full width( +/- 16ft) covered AFT DECK area at the stern and ample room for the wet bar with  the Bridge is fully enclosed to the aft deck!!

CANVAS-$20 K of canvas encloses aft deck where the wet bar is stationed... AS well as entire Bridge… 2003.

BOTTOM- Power cleaned 2023  and painted May/2025

HULL AND SUPERSTRCUTURE-Washed, power Compounded, polished , waxed and sealed and COVERED INDOORS this season with new 40x100ft tarp, 2024! Boat shines better than a brand new million dollar vessel!

BOAT INTERIOR- All Cheery Cabinets and trim, cleaned  inside and out with Murphys.  Carpets cleaned 2024.
